🏢 JOB OPENING – SOURCING MANAGER
Dream SQFT Realty | Vasai
Position: Sourcing Manager
Location: Vasai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Key Responsibilities:Generate and manage property leads through channel partners and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the sourcing network.
- Coordinate site visits and support the sales team with quality inventory.
- Negotiate property deals and maintain updated property databases.
- Conduct market research to identify trending locations and investment opportunities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Requirements:2–4 years of experience in real estate sourcing or business development.
- Good knowledge of the Vasai–Virar real estate market.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sourcing targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 PM (Based on Experience)
