Job Description
Calcutta Tube Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, generating invoices, maintaining billing records, and handling day-to-day office documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for builders, contractors, and other customers using Microsoft Excel.
- Generate invoices, bills, and daily slips in Tally.
- Maintain sales records and customer data accurately.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, and billing.
- Perform day-to-day office and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all billing and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
