Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Assistant / Billing Executive / Junior Accountant

Location: Vijayawada

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Summary: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to support day-to-day accounting and billing activities. The role mainly involves invoice preparation, voucher entry, and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Key Responsibilities: Prepare sales invoices and billing entries accurately
  • Maintain vouchers and update accounting records in Tally/ERP
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking
  • Perform basic bank reconciliation support
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills and vouchers
  • Support senior accountant in daily accounting tasks
  • Ensure timely and error-free data entry
  • Requirements: B.Com / Degree in Commerce or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing/accounts (freshers with good basics can be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
  • Understanding of invoices, vouchers, and accounting entries
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good to Have Basic knowledge of GST billing

Experience in billing-heavy roles (transport/logistics is a plus)
