Bank Teller

Manage and maintain customer relationships.

Assist customers with account opening, KYC, and banking services.

Handle customer queries and service requests.

Promote banking products such as CASA, FD, loans, insurance, and other financial products.

Support branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

Acquire new customers and support business growth.

Achieve assigned monthly business and service targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with branch operations and other departments.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Generate daily/weekly reports and update customer information.
