Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)
Industry: Apparel / FMCG
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives + Petrol Allowance
Location: Multiple Locations (Field Work Required)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to expand our market presence in the apparel segment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned locations
- Visit retailers to promote products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Submit daily and weekly field reports
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Apparel / FMCG sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and field work
