Job Title: Business Development Executive – UK & Europe Markets

Location: Vijayawada , Andhra Pradesh (Work from Office)

Experience: 0–3 Years (freshers are also welcomed )

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across the UK and European markets. This is an office-based role focused on outbound outreach, digital prospecting, and building long-term business relationships with international clients through structured communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers across UK and European markets using LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, and similar platforms

• Execute high-volume, personalized cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and business opportunities

• Engage prospects through LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and other B2B digital platforms

• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and schedule discovery calls

• Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) with accurate lead and communication data

• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach messaging with service offerings and business goals

• Track campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and optimize messaging accordingly

• Prepare weekly reports on outreach activity, lead pipeline status, and conversion results

• Coordinate with senior management on deal closures and proposal submissions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or international lead generation

• Strong written English communication skills — particularly for professional email writing

• Hands-on experience with cold email tools (Mailchimp, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar)

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

• Knowledge of UK/European business culture and time zones is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated per month

• Email open rate and response rate benchmarks

• Number of discovery calls or meetings booked

• Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
