Job Description

1. Responsible for achievement of the allotted business target.

2. Identification of potential customers and refer to the team.

3. Implement strategic marketing plans of the Company.

4. Allocate yearly/ half yearly/ quarterly and monthly targets to the regional teams and

assist them to achieve it.

5. Visit potential Corporates for business and final level negotiation with the clients for

closure.

6. Periodic visit to existing and prospective clients to maintain and establish mutually

beneficial relationships.

7. Coordinate with purchase department to execute orders/Stock movement and to

ensure stock/metal availability.

8. Plan, develop and launch new product lines and processes such as Gift Cards, E.

Vouchers, API integrations, etc. to enhance the overall business and profitability.

9. Coordinate with marketing team, various creative agencies and inhouse designers to

create marketing materials like web banners, digital creatives, Gift vouchers, marketing

brochures, etc. and for running various digital promotions.

10. Coordinate with various banks for running cash back and such other offers to create

more footfalls at the stores.

11. Initiate, plan, design, execute and launch projects such as Easy Gold Payment Module,

Gift Card Module, E.GV Module, B2B Software, etc.

12. Handle customer escalations and resolve it to their satisfaction.

13. Plan and execute marketing activities in association with the marketing

team/agencies.


14. Acquire knowledge about the new developments in the given verticals and implement

such knowledge in product developments/process enhancements.

15. Ensure proper execution of new business initiatives.

16. Liaison with the accounts department for reconciliation works, vendor payments, etc.

17. Prepare various business reports.

18. Ensure submission of weekly call reports for each team members to the reporting

authority.

19. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
