Job Description
- . Construction & Site SupervisionSupervise civil construction work for new branches, vaults, and office buildings
- Monitor contractors, laborers, and vendors on-site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- 2. Maintenance & RepairsHandle regular maintenance of existing branches
- Manage repair work like leakage, cracks, flooring, painting, electrical coordination
- Ensure buildings remain safe and presentable
- 3. Vault & Security InfrastructureOversee construction of strong rooms / vaults
- Ensure compliance with security standards (RBI guidelines, fire safety, structural strength)
- Coordinate with security system teams (CCTV, alarms)
- 4. Quality ControlCheck quality of materials (cement, steel, etc.)
- Ensure work meets engineering standards and company policies
- 5. Vendor & Contractor ManagementSelect and coordinate with contractors
- Verify bills, measurements, and work completion
- Ensure cost control and avoid delays
- 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain site reports, progress updates, and expense records
- Report to regional/project managers
