🚀 We Are Hiring – Senior Social Media Marketer (Performance Marketing)

Location: Vijayawada (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Marketer with strong expertise in Performance Marketing and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
🎯 Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Expertise in Lead Generation campaigns
- Knowledge of Audience targeting (Custom, Lookalike, Interest targeting)
- Experience with Pixel setup & conversion tracking
- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS
- Experience in A/B testing (Creatives, audiences, ad copies)
- Ability to optimize campaigns for better ROI
- Understanding of funnels, retargeting & remarketing
