Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years
Salary: Based on experience & skills
🎯 Job Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Managing employee attendance & leave records
- Working with Zoho HRMS for employee management tasks
- Maintaining employee database & employee documents
- Updating salary details & payroll coordination
- Supporting employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Ensuring smooth execution of HR policies & daily HR activities
🧑💻 Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR processes & recruitment
- Experience in Zoho HRMS (preferred)
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
