Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:· 

 Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

·      Post job openings on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

·      Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

·      Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds

·      Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

·      Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

·      Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs

·      Ensure timely closure of open positions

·      Manage offer rollout and onboarding process

·      Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Required Skills:·     

Good communication and interpersonal skills

·      Basic understanding of recruitment process

·      Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques

·      Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

·      Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Prior experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
