Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance (ESI & PF), employee onboarding, attendance management, and employee records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws, HRMS/payroll systems, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit ESI & PF monthly returns and coordinate inspections when required.
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Coordinate employee performance reviews and probation confirmations.
Address employee queries related to payroll, ESI, PF, leave, and HR policies.
Maintain HRMIS/HR software and generate monthly HR reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Payroll, ESI, EPF, Labour Laws, and Recruitment.
Experience with payroll and HRMS software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and statutory compliance.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who can independently manage recruitment, payroll, ESI, PF compliance, employee records, and overall HR administration.
