Job Description
- Relevant Experience Mandatory
- Candidates must have relevant domain experience. For example, for Home Loan roles, candidates should have worked specifically in the home loan segment for at least 1 year. Experience in Gold Loan or Personal Loan etc will not be considered relevant.
- Minimum Candidate Requirement per Territory
- A minimum of 10 candidates per territory is required to secure an interview slot. If the number is below 10, interview slots will not be allocated.
- Vehicle Loan Role Criteria
- Candidates must have specific experience in the 4-wheeler loan segment. Profiles from other vehicle segments will not be considered.
- Location & Territory Allocation
- Please refer to the attached list for final location mapping and territory division.
- Coordination for Interview Scheduling
- Kindly inform me at least 1 day in advance so I can plan my visit to PNB for conducting the interviews.
- Interview Process
- Interviews will be conducted virtually by the panel. Candidates must remain available, as exact timings cannot be pre-confirmed. Slots will be communicated 10–15 minutes prior to the interview.
- Priority Locations
- We need to prioritize hiring in the following order:
- First: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai
- Next: Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Agra and Bhopal
