Job Description
Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
Configure and maintain network security, including firewalls, access controls, and intrusion prevention systems.
Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery planning.
Monitor network traffic and identify performance bottlenecks.
Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network documentation.
Apply software patches, firmware updates, and security upgrades.
Support users with network-related issues and provide technical assistance.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and infrastructure improvements.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
