Job Description

  •  Key Responsibilities:Identify and tie up with companies for placement of trained candidates
  • Coordinate with employers for walk-in drives and campus placements
  • Maintain placement records and MIS reports as per DDU-GKY norms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets
  • Follow up with placed candidates for retention tracking
  • Coordinate with State Programme Management Unit (SPMU)
  • Support batch completion and post-placement documentation


✅ Required Skills:Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English)

  • Knowledge of DDU-GKY / NSDC / Skill India guidelines
  • Strong networking with local industries and HR managers
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, MIS reporting
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
