Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound Voice Process - Sales)

Salary: INR 18,000 - 22,000 per month.

Work Hours: Day shift (9:00 AM to 6.00 PM), Monday -SUNDAY


Job Overview:

We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecaller’s to join our vibrant team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a edutech-centric, fast-paced sales environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Vidisha Junior college.

* Understand student  needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their career goals.

* Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling follow-up calls or demos.

* Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM tools.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.

* Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a seamless experience.

* Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.

* Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and competitors' offerings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound voice processes, or telesales, ideally within the EdTech or Learning space.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with a clear and neutral accent.

* Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.

: Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust and rapport with prospective clients.

* Resilience: High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability to challenges.

* Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree , Inter-mediate or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
