Job Description

Provide warm, attentive child care ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Understand and respond to individual child behavior, emotions, and developmental needs with patience and empathy.

Plan and deliver activities based on the prescribed curriculum in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate manner.

Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning through play.

Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress and behavior.

Maintain discipline through positive guidance techniques.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and daily activities.

Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Support children in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
