Sales Executive

Job Description:

Greet customers and understand their requirements and preferences.

Explain different products and other collections, designs, pricing and offers.

Assist customers in selecting according to their budget and occasion.

Demonstrate products professionally and provide a premium customer experience.

Handle customer queries regarding product quality, certification, making charges and pricing.

Generate sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Build good relationships with existing and new customers.

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, customized orders and pending purchases.

Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, sales and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the billing, inventory and management teams for smooth order processing.

Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is neat and presentable.

Assist in stock checking and proper handling of products.

Stay updated about new designs, collections, offers and trends.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage

Previous retail sales experience is preferred
