Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
-Drive store KPIs like conversion, average bill value (ABV), and units per bill (UPT)
-Plan and execute store-level promotions and offers
-Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions
Store Operations
-Ensure smooth day-to-day store functioning
-Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM)
-Manage inventory, stock availability, and replenishment
-Reduce shrinkage and control stock loss
Customer Experience
-Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction
-Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
-Ensure proper product knowledge across the team
Team Management
-Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
-Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor performance
-Conduct regular team briefings and reviews
-Drive team productivity and discipline
Visual Merchandising (VM)
-Ensure attractive product display as per brand guidelines
-Refresh visuals regularly to attract customers
-Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions
