Collection Telecaller – Job OpeningWe are looking for a Collection Telecaller to contact customers regarding overdue payments, negotiate suitable repayment plans, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers by phone to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Negotiate clear and practical repayment plans with customers.
  • Resolve payment-related queries and disputes professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer and payment records.
  • Follow up regularly to achieve collection and recovery targets.
  • Maintain professional communication while handling customer concerns.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives
