*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

*Gender:* Female candidates only

*Languages:* Fluency in *Telugu* is mandatory and basic English

*Residence:* Must be a local resident of *Vijayawada* candidates only

*Targets:* No fixed targets required.

* Handling outbound calls to potential customers regarding open plot ventures.

* Explaining project details, pricing, and benefits to interested leads.

* Scheduling site visits for the sales team.

* Maintaining a professional and polite relationship with all clients.

* Ability to handle rejections over calls.

* Basic knowledge of Vijayawada real estate market.

***Skills*****

1.   Clearly explain project features, location advantages, and pricing to clients.
2.   Regularly follow up with interested leads to maintain engagement.
3.   Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales team.
4.   Maintain daily call logs and update the status of leads in the tracking sheet.
5.   Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through effective communication.
