Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to students and parents.
  • Explain courses, programs, and admission details clearly.
  • Counsel students based on their interests and career goals.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
  • Support students through the enrollment process.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Telugu, English).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle student queries politely and professionally.
  • Previous counseling/telecalling experience is a plus.
