Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Front Office Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from entry to exit, while upholding SkyJumper’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Management: Welcome guests warmly, assist with entry procedures, and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and policies
- Ticketing & Billing: Manage transactions via POS systems, including cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy and accountability
- Booking Coordination: Handle walk-in and online bookings, group reservations, and event/birthday party scheduling
- Customer Query Handling: Address guest concerns proactively and escalate issues when required to ensure quick resolution
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and coordinate effectively with internal teams
- Upselling & Revenue Support: Promote packages, memberships, merchandise, and add-on services to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
- Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles
- Experience in amusement parks, entertainment centers, or hotels is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
