Job Description
- Summary
Manage MEP operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, process compliance, cost control, and high service quality across facilities.
- Key Responsibilities & KPIsMEP Operations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to R&M processes and performance metrics for efficient operations
- Ticket Resolution (TAT)
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective service
- Inventory Management
- Maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing wastage and downtime
- Cost Control
- Optimize maintenance costs within budget (if applicable)
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Team Management
