Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for sales, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience working with eCommerce brands is preferred.
  • Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and reporting abilities.
