Job Description
Risk management, Client Servicing, Retention and Procurement – Employee Benefit.
• Preparing the RFQ (Quote slip) for the respective clients as assigned by sales team.
• Preparing of QCR (Quote Comparison) and sharing to the respective RM.
• Handle Clients Enquiries, Queries & resolving the doubts of the clients relating to Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accidental & Group Term Life.
• Collaborated with Sales Team by preparing quote slip, price negotiations, arriving final quote with policy terms, rates and margins.
• Complete hands-on knowledge of Policy Terms & Conditions for Individual Policy & Group Mediclaim, Group Accidental & Group Term Policies of all insurers.
• Preparing of Weekly reports & maintaining the tats and sharing the report to the internal team for discussion & planning strategy on the market rollover proposals / mandates for best quotes from the insurers.
• Preparing client addition, deletion, and correction data as per corporate client requirements. Endorsement details shared within the TAT limit to corporate clients.
