Job Description

Position: Real Estate Telecaller

Company: Shripal Group

Location: Virar

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

  • Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
  • Generate and maintain customer leads
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly
  • Maintain customer database and daily call reports
  • Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion
  • Build good relationships with potential buyers
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of real estate sales
  • Strong follow-up and customer handling ability
  • Comfortable with Excel/CRM software
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
  • Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred
  • Qualification:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience in real estate telecalling preferred
  • Salary:Best in Industry + Incentives
