Job Overview
This opportunity is offered under the Government NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) for an initial 6-month apprenticeship training period. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will receive a Government-recognized apprenticeship certificate and,considered for full-time employment with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner
* Resolve credit card-related concerns, customer service requests, and escalation queries effectively
* Provide accurate and customer-centric resolutions within defined timelines
* Maintain clear, concise, and professional written communication
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support
* Adhere to defined processes, operational guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
* Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions and resolutions
* Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of escalated cases
* Handle workload efficiently and ensure service standards are consistently met
* Work Details
Shift Timing : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Week Off : Sunday
