Job Title: Telecaller (Real Estate)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
  • Explain project details and answer customer queries.
  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule site visits.
  • Follow up with interested customers.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience (Real Estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
