Title: Telesales Executive Experience Required: 1+ Years Industry Preference: DG Set / Industrial Equipment / Electrical / B2B Sales Location: Virar West Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Sales Manager / Director

🎯 Job Purpose-

To generate sales opportunities, handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, promote diesel generator products/services, and support business growth through telecalling and relationship management.

• 📋 Roles & Responsibilities
• 1. Lead Handling & TelecallingAttend inbound customer enquiries
• Make outbound sales calls to prospects
• Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries
• Generate appointments for sales engineers
• 2. Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain customer database and CRM updates
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Handle basic customer objections professionally
• 3. Sales SupportCoordinate with sales and service teams
• Share product information, pricing, and offers
• Assist in quotation follow-ups and order coordination
• 4. AMC & Service Promotion: Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Generate repeat business from existing customers
• Upsell spare parts and services
• 5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily call reports
• Update enquiry status
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports
• 🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications: Min 12th Pass
• 1+ years experience in telesales or telecalling
• Good communication in Hindi, English & Marathi
• Knowledge of CRM / Excel / WhatsApp communication
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Customer handling ability
