Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and people-centric HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will be the primary point of contact for employee relations, recruitment, and organizational culture. The goal is to promote company values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, and hiring) to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Strategy & Culture: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Policy Development: Create, update, and manage internal policies, employee handbooks, and compliance documents.
• Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Payroll & Benefits: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (local labor laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
