Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Operations Executive to support daily business operations. The candidate will assist in coordinating internal processes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Experience or exposure to US Accounts will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities
- Maintain and update operational data and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Accounts, Recruitment)
- Handle documentation and process tracking
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
- Monitor and follow up on pending tasks
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or knowledge in US Accounts / Accounting processes
- Familiarity with invoicing, payroll, or financial documentation
- Understanding of basic accounting terms
