Job Description
SBI Life Insurance Company Limited is hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Agency Development Manager at our Gajuwaka branch, Visakhapatnam.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop insurance advisors/agents
Build and manage a strong sales team
Guide advisors to achieve monthly sales targets
Generate business through field activities and customer meetings
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and advisors
Provide training and motivation to the team for better performance
Eligibility:
Graduate mandatory
Minimum 1+ year experience in any industry - Insurance / Banking / Sales / Financial Services
Good communication and team handling skills preferred
Telugu language preferred
Salary & Benefits:
💰 ₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
