Job Role

As General Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for planning, building, and managing the marketing team for real estate projects. Your role includes recruitment coordination with HR, daily supervision of marketing activities, performance monitoring, and regular reporting to HR and management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruit, build, and manage a Marketing team of 5 executives.
  • Coordinate with HR during the entire recruitment process, including candidate shortlisting, interviews, and final selection.
  • Assign daily marketing tasks and targets to team members and ensure proper execution.
  • Monitor and follow up on daily work performance, including site visits, lead generation, client follow-ups, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and motivation within the team.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with company policies and project goals.
  • Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to HR, covering:
  • Individual team performance
  • Leads generated and conversions
  • Field activity updates
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and HR/management.
  • Ensure timely reporting, attendance tracking, and adherence to company guidelines.
  • Should be fully responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to final sale closure, including:

     Managing the complete sales cycle: lead allocation, site visits, client follow-ups, negotiation, booking confirmation, documentation coordination, and final sale closure.

           Personally handling key clients and high-value prospects until deal closure.

·      Planning daily team sales activities, including:

           Area-wise field movement plans

           Lead follow-up schedules

           Site visit targets

Conversion-focused tasks

           Preparing and issuing the next-day activity plan for the sales team.
