Job Description
1. Documentation, printing, Formatting, presentations
2. Hardware and networking issues
3. Software installation and Technical issues
4. Systems and Office Administration
5. Periodic data and email backups and managing the same
6. Procurement of equipment, systems, hardware and softwares
7. Assisting Zoom meetings Online and setting it up
8. Maintenance of Printers and Cartridge refilling
9. Website update
10. Field office systems support
11. Building Power / Solar PCU issues
12. Support in Tally related and SARAL TDS issues
13. Creating common shared spaces on one-drive as per need
14. Other technical support, overall supervision of office maintenance and other administrative tasks
