Job Description
We are looking for a Female Office Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a cosmetology or skin clinic environment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with patient handling, appointment management, and basic clinic operations. This is an on-site role in a leading dermatology and cosmetology clinic.
Responsibilities
Manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
Welcome and assist patients visiting the clinic.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
Assist in explaining treatments, packages, and clinic procedures to patients.
Manage billing, receipts, and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure a professional and positive patient experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a cosmetology, dermatology, aesthetic, or healthcare clinic.
Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.).
