Job Description
Paytmలో ఫీల్డ్ సేల్స్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ (FSE) జాబ్ రోల్ అనేది వ్యాపారులను కలవడం, వారికి పేటీఎం సేవలు (QR కోడ్, సౌండ్బాక్స్, EDC కార్డ్ మెషీన్ మొదలైనవి) అందించడం. వీరు ప్రతి నెలా నిర్ణీత టార్గెట్లను సాధించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. జీతం సాధారణంగా ₹15,000 నుండి ₹25,000 మధ్య ఉంటుంది

ముఖ్య బాధ్యతలు (Key Responsibilities):
- మర్చంట్ ఆన్బోర్డింగ్: స్థానిక దుకాణాలు మరియు వ్యాపారులను కలిసి వారిని పేటీఎం నెట్వర్క్లో చేర్చడం.
- సేవల విస్తరణ: పేటీఎం సేవలు అయిన క్యూఆర్ కోడ్ (QR Code), సౌండ్బాక్స్ (Soundbox), మరియు స్వైపింగ్ మెషీన్లను (EDC/POS) వ్యాపారులకు పరిచయం చేయడం.
- టార్గెట్ సాధన: కంపెనీ నిర్దేశించిన నెలవారీ మరియు రోజువారీ అమ్మకాల (Sales) లక్ష్యాలను పూర్తి చేయడం.
- కస్టమర్ సపోర్ట్: ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న వ్యాపారులకు ఏవైనా సమస్యలు ఉంటే వాటిని పరిష్కరించి, వారితో మంచి సంబంధాలు కొనసాగించడం. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
అర్హతలు (Eligibility Criteria):
- విద్యార్హత: కనీసం 10వ తరగతి (10th) లేదా ఇంటర్మీడియట్. డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేసిన వారికి కూడా మంచి అవకాశాలు ఉంటాయి.
- వాహనం: సొంత టూ-వీలర్ (బైక్) మరియు డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్ తప్పనిసరి.
- టెక్నాలజీ: ఆండ్రాయిడ్ ఫోన్ ఉపయోగించడం మరియు స్థానిక మార్కెట్లలో తిరిగే ఆసక్తి ఉండాలి.
- అనుభవం: ఫ్రెషర్లు (Freshers) కూడా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు, సేల్స్ అనుభవం ఉన్నవారికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఉంటుంది. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
