## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the Water Purification, RO Plant, Water Treatment, Poultry or related industries.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's market presence.
The role requires extensive field visits and regular interaction with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, farmers, and industrial customers.
## Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
* Promote and sell RO plants, water purifiers, water treatment solutions, plumbing products, and related services.
* Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, and market surveys.
* Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, poultry farms, industrial clients, and institutional customers.
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features and benefits to customers.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
* Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and pipeline status to management.
## Required Skills
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
* Knowledge of RO plants, water treatment systems, poultry water solutions, or related products.
* Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good understanding of field sales processes and territory management.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
## Qualifications
* Any Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in Water Treatment, RO Plants, Water Purifiers, Poultry or related industries.
## Additional Requirements
* Willingness to travel extensively (15–20 days per month).

* Own bike and valid driving license are mandatory.

* Ability to work independently and manage assigned territory effectively.
