Field Sales Executive

• App Onboarding and Promotion: Actively promote the Porter app to potential customers and driver-partners, demonstrating its features to encourage downloads and usage.
• Driver-Partner Acquisition: Assist in on-ground field operations, including onboarding new driver-partners, explaining Porter processes, and verifying vehicle documents and details.
• Customer Engagement & Sales: Engage with potential customers at designated locations, answer queries, and meet daily/monthly app adoption or service booking targets.
• Field Operations Support: Coordinate with drivers for pickups/deliveries, monitor daily trips, and ensure timely service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve on-field problems related to orders, app functionality, or route issues, providing real-time support.
• Reporting: Maintain records of onboarding activities, daily trips, and field activities, reporting these to the supervisor. Porter App +4

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication to explain app benefits to both drivers and customers.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to use a smartphone for digital communication and training users on app features.
• Networking Abilities: Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with varied individuals to build relationships.
• Mobility: Ability to work on-ground and sometimes and handle on-field logistics
