Job Description
1. Recruitment
1.1. Posting the Job roles and responsibilities in job portals to obtain resumes for qualified candidates
1.2. Using aggressive social networking platforms (LinkedIn), outreach programs, references, and other sources to obtain resumes of qualified candidates
1.3. Shortlist resumes and scheduling interviews for qualified candidates as per recruitment policy
1.4. Devise recruitment strategies to identify competent candidates for various roles in the organization
1.5. Implementation of Employee Onboarding and Relieving Process
2. Team Management
2.1. Develop and implement various employee retention strategies and controlling attrition rates
2.2. Conduct team meetings with various departments as per the meeting schedules with the department managers to discuss and address any grievances
2.3. Conduct quarterly employee reviews with respective managers to discuss their performance, progress and update them on any issues which affect the employee’s performance
2.4. Implement various team building activities to promote a healthy work culture
2.5. Preparation and implementation of various HR Policies
3. Attendance/Leave Management and Payroll
3.1. Maintain employee attendance and track their working hours as per the company policies
3.2. Track employee leaves and ensure compliance as per Leave Policy
3.3. Preparation and approval of salary slips, calculation of incentives and reimbursements
4. Statutory Compliance
4.1. Statutory Compliance as per all labour and employee related tax laws
4.2. Registration and tax payments for all applicable employees in respective Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax portals
5. Administration
5.1. Proper maintenance of all assets as per maintenance schedules
5.2. Cataloguing and accountability of assets with proper documentation
5.3. Tracking and maintenance of stationary, consumables etc
5.4. Ensure clean work environment and office premises by delegating and coordinating with team and helpers as per Office Maintenance Checklist/SOP
6. Record Keeping and Reporting
6.1. Preparation of various MIS Reports, HR Reports and Admin Reports
6.2. Maintain employee records, statutory records (PF, Labour, ESI, Gratuity), joining documentation and relieving documentation
