Job Description

Source and generate Loan Against Property (LAP) leads through field visits, referrals, and direct marketing.

Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

Meet customers and explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Collect and verify customer KYC and property-related documents.

Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.

Ensure timely login and disbursement of loan files.

Maintain customer relationships and provide post-disbursement support.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
