Job Summary:

The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities across ETOR Ventures projects. This role ensures smooth execution of work, timely material supply, and regular progress tracking while maintaining direct communication with management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with all ETOR Ventures project sites to ensure work is progressing as per schedule.

* Monitor daily site activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.

* Plan and manage the dispatch of materials to various sites based on requirements.

* Maintain proper records of site activities, materials, and progress reports.

* Act as a central point of communication between site teams and management.

* Identify delays or issues at sites and take proactive steps to resolve them.

* Ensure all site operations follow company standards and guidelines.

* Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO regarding site progress and performance.

* Maintain documentation related to all ventures and site operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong coordination and communication skills

* Good organizational and time management abilities

* Basic knowledge of site operations / construction / farming (preferred)

* Ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously

* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

* Proficiency in MS Excel / reporting tools is an added advantage

Experience:

* 1–3 years of experience in site coordination / project coordination (preferred)

* Freshers with strong organizational skills can also apply
