Team Leader

Roots Realty Infra is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to lead property at least 4+ years experience in real estate in Vrindavan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, leading a sales team, and achieving revenue targets for residential, commercial, plotted developments, and investment properties in the Vrindavan market. candidates having prior experience as TL must have end to end knowledge of Sales and having experience in handling the team.

• Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales of residential plots, villas, apartments, farmhouses, and commercial properties in Vrindavan.
• Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners, referrals, digital platforms, and networking activities.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
• Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
