Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, cleaning vegetables, etc.)
  • Prepare ingredients as per kitchen requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
  • Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment
  • Help in storing food items properly as per safety standards
  • Support in packing and serving food (if required)
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Assist in managing kitchen stock and supplies
  • RequirementsBasic knowledge of kitchen work preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Discipline and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen is an advantage
