We are pleased to invite applications for an exciting opportunity to join Reliance Jio as a Jio Point Manager (JPM). We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and experienced professionals who can drive sales growth, accelerate customer acquisition, and effectively manage JP sales operations at our Jio Points.
📍 Job Location: Lingal (Wanaparthy)
🏭 Preferred Industry Background:
Telecom, FinTech, Consumer Electronics, FMCG
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the Jio Point market
- Achieve acquisition and revenue targets
- Identify and onboard channel partners
- Service retailers as per the defined beat plan
- Ensure stock availability and product visibility at retail outlets
- Maintain supply chain stability
- Ensure timely daily cash deposits
- Monitor, evaluate, and train team members and channel partners
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong familiarity with the local territory
- Product sales and distribution knowledge
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- People and team management skills
- Training and development capabilities
- Cash handling and operational discipline
- Problem-solving ability
- Technical orientation
🎓 Education: Graduation in any discipline.
🕒 Experience: 2–4 years
We prefer candidates who are currently based near Wanaparthy or are willing to relocate.
