Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, dealer coordination, and dispatch planning in the tiles manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales order entry and tracking in ERP
  • Coordinate with dealers for orders, payments, and queries
  • Follow up with production & dispatch for timely delivery
  • Maintain MIS reports (orders, dispatch, pending, collection)
  • Support sales team in achieving targets
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Commerce/Business preferred)
  • Experience in tiles/ceramics industry preferred
  • Good communication & Excel/ERP knowledge
