Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Operations Executive to manage tender documentation, quotation preparation, invoicing, negotiations support, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong communication abilities, and experience handling documentation with accuracy and deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Handle Government & Private tender submissions.
- Manage documentation and office backend operations.
- Follow up with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Support price negotiations and order processing.
- Maintain Excel reports, emails, and business records.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Degree)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in tendering, quotations, or backend operations is preferred
- Freshers with excellent computer skills can also apply
