Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:


Akshita Infra is seeking a target-driven and experienced Sales Executive to promote and sell residential units in Warangal. The candidate will manage leads, conduct site visits, convert prospects into bookings, handle customer relationships, and ensure timely payment follow-ups. The role also includes supervising and guiding a junior sales executive.


Salary:


₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

Incentives will be provided based on sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle walk-ins, digital leads, and channel partner leads


Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and offers


Follow up with prospects and close sales


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets


Maintain CRM records and customer database


Assist clients in booking, agreement, and documentation process


Handle customers post-booking and maintain strong relationships


Ensure timely follow-up for payment collections as per schedule


Coordinate with accounts and CRM teams regarding payment status


Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners


Supervise and guide a junior sales executive to achieve team targets


Requirements:


Any Graduate (MBA preferred)


1–4 years of experience in real estate sales


Strong communication and negotiation skills


Good knowledge of Warangal real estate market


Ability to handle customers independently


Target-oriented and result-driven mindset


Preferred Skills:


Experience in residential project sales


Strong presentation and closing skills


Ability to handle objections confidently


Leadership skills to manage and mentor junior staff
