Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to help drive our solar solutions in the market. The role involves cold calling, site visits, and converting leads into paying customers — right from initial contact to collecting the advance payment.

Key Responsibilities

Make daily cold calls to potential customers.

Effectively explain and pitch our solar solutions.

Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

Follow up with leads and build relationships.

Close deals and ensure advance collection.

Maintain proper records of calls, visits, and conversions.

Work closely with internal teams for smooth handover post-conversion.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: Diploma / Degree / B.Tech in any discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Marketing background is preferred).

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales or field experience preferred.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in Telugu and/or Hindi/English

Willingness to travel locally for site visits.

Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

Basic knowledge of solar systems is a plus (training will be provided).
