Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of rail construction and maintenance projects.
2. Design Oversight: Review and approve engineering designs for tracks, signaling, bridges, and related infrastructure.
3. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to railway safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality benchmarks.
4. Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage contractors.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities, clients, and internal departments to align project objectives.
6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
7. Reporting: Prepare progress reports, cost analyses, and technical documentation for senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in railway engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of railway systems, track design, signaling, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
